What is What’s Your Name Game (WYNG)?

What’s Your Name Game is legendary amongst our long-term customers! It involves the random selection of names (2 per day) and anyone with their name drawn or variations of these names receives a free Boost in the app!

How do I register my name to go into the draw?

If you have the app downloaded and have signed up as a VIBE member then your name will automatically be entered into the draw. Yes, it is that simple!

I saw that only those who have verified email addresses can claim their free Boost. How do I see if my email is verified?
 
When you swipe down to your Boost VIBE barcode, just underneath the barcode there will be a prompt to let you know that your account is not verified. Click RESEND VERIFICATION EMAIL and then check your inbox, spam and junk and you should find an email from us. Open it and click the option to verify your account and guess what? You’re good to go!
 
If there is no prompt that appears then your account is already verified and you are ready to claim your free Boost should we say your name! 

How do I find out what names have been drawn for that day?

Names will be announced each morning at 6am (AEST) on the Boost Juice social channels as well as in the Boost app. Customers can open the app and see the drawn names. Those whose names are drawn will also be notified via a push notification. 

How long does a voucher last for? 

The voucher will be redeemable for 24 hours from 6am (AEST). The customer must redeem their voucher, order their Boost via the app and collect it within that 24 hour period or the voucher will expire and no longer be redeemable. 

How do I redeem the voucher?

Vouchers will be automatically allocated to anyone with the drawn names (and selected variations of those names) at approximately 6am (AEST) each morning. Customers will open their app, and redeem their voucher via the CHALLENGES section. 

What kind of name in the app is eligible to claim the free Boost?

Our super high-tech voucher allocation systems will be on the lookout for exact DRAWN names and exact VARIATIONS of those drawn names.

Below are some examples of those who will NOT be eligible for the Free Boost if this is how their first name is entered in the app:
Hyphenated names – Clare-Anne if the drawn name was Clare
Names with spelling errors – Jvlian if the drawn name was Julian
Names with love hearts, smiley faces or additional characters after their first name (really people?!) – Serena<3 or Luke:)

This is your chance to jump on the app and clean up that name! Not sure how? Simply open the app and click on PROFILE and then UPDATE PROFILE and enter your name correctly.

Once all updated you’re ready to claim that Boost should your name be announced!

Can I get any of the drinks that are available on the app?

Customers can select any of the drinks that are available on the app except for the following:

Pure Eden, Power Plant Protein, Choc Muscle Hustle & Protein Supreme.

 Additional Boosters or Extras are not included and will incur a cost if added.

What if I don’t have the app, but my name has been drawn for that day? Can I still get a free Boost?

Unfortunately, you are not eligible for a free Boost as the app must have been downloaded and registered a minimum of 24 hours prior to the drawing of your name.

I saw that it was my name was selected, so I downloaded the app. Why didn’t I get a free Boost voucher?

What if I have the app, and a similar name, but I didn’t get a voucher?

We are including variations of the drawn names which will be outlined and listed on our website under here.

If the spelling of a customer’s name does not match the approved list, then unfortunately they will not be allocated the free Boost voucher.

What if I have the app, and one of the drawn names, but haven’t received a voucher?

If you have had the app downloaded and registered for more than 24 hours, have a drawn name or chosen variation, but did not receive the voucher then please contact customer relations via the Contact Us section from the Boost Juice website who will investigate.

What if I don’t have a smartphone so cannot get the app?

This is an app only promotion, so unfortunately you must have the Boost app in order to be eligible to receive a Boost voucher and participate.  

Will I be required to show ID upon collection of my free Boost?

It is within the Terms and Conditions that we might ask you to present a form of photo identification upon collection of your free Boost.
